“Victory in Jesus” was the theme for Olde Time Camp Meeting where around 300 people attended worship services under an open air pavilion June 19-21 at the Meister Memorial Church grounds in Deer Lodge, Tenn. The guest speaker was Wendell Stover, pastor of the Chatsworth and Ranger Churches. “This camp meeting is unique because we sit outside, enjoy the breeze, and hear the birds nearby as we are blessed by the music and preaching in the outdoor pavilion,” said Jerry Fore, General Vice President and camp meeting coordinator. “Olde Time Camp Meeting is important because it brings members together for Bible study as pastors teach Biblical principles.” |
